We’re a specialized practice of doctoral-level clinical psychologists in West Bedford, Nova Scotia.

 

We help motivated adults who are anxious, overwhelmed, and sad, learn to take control of their lives, feel calmer, have more energy, and create a life they love.

 

Spoiler Alert: we usually have some laughs along the way.

 

Adulting doesn’t have to suck. Together, we’ll have  genuine conversations, use tried-and-true strategies that work (like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy), and practise skills so you can live your best life and do the things you love, the things you want to do, and the things you need to do.

 

Why practise in-session, you ask?

Because if we could master strategies simply by talking about them, you’d have figured this out already.
Just talking won’t give you the best results. And we want you to have the best results.

 

We’ll keep track of how things are going to make sure therapy is working, so you leave feeling better than when you showed up. Generally you can expect to start feeling better after about 5 sessions. If you commit to a full course of treatment (about 12 sessions), you can look forward to improved wellbeing and having the ‘old you’ in the rearview. The old who? Exactly. ;)
